COMMUNITY INDIVIDUALIZED HOME SUPPORT

IHS with Training Services provided throughout the metro area including: Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties.

RTI provides Individualized Home Support (IHS) to people who are residing in their own homes. We provide our services through a people-centered lens to support individuals in maintaining and furthering their independence in the community.

IHS services can range from areas of:

  • COMMUNITY INTEGRATION
  • HOUSEHOLD MANAGEMENT SKILLS
  • HEALTH, SAFETY, AND WELLNESS
  • INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILL BUILDING
