ABOUT OUR ARMHS PROGRAM
RTI offers Adult Rehabilitation Mental Health Services (ARMHS). ARMHS is a mental health service designed to provide individualized mental health support to individuals with a mental health diagnosis, geared towards facilitating restoration of functioning from mental health symptoms.
This service is intended for individuals age 18 years or older who have been diagnosed with a mental illness and have insurance coverage of Medical Assistance (MA) or Pre-Paid Medical Assistance Plans (PMAP). Our ARMHS program focuses on supporting participants by strengthening skills to further independence in the community. Services offered through ARMHS include: Basic Living Skills training, Social Skills training, Community Intervention Services, Medication Education and Support with Transitioning into the Community.

Who is Eligible forARMHS?
The eligibility criteria, as defined by the MN Department of Human Services, is that the person must:

Be 18 years old or older
Have a primary diagnosis of a serious mental illness as determined by a Diagnostic Assessment
Have a completed level of care assessment
Have a significant impairment in functioning in three or more areas of the Functional Assessment domains specified in statute
