MEDICAL & DENTAL

  • RTI offers comprehensive Medical and Dental coverage to all Full-Time staff.
  • RTI contributes a monthly monetary portion towards each employee’s Medical and Dental premiums.

    • PAID TIME OFF (PTO)

  • Full-Time Salaried Employees can accrue up to 26 days of PTO per year.
  • Part-Time Employees are eligible to accrue up to 9 PTO days per year.

    • 401K PLAN

  • For Full-Time staff RTI matches up to 4% of the employee’s annual contribution.

    • HOLIDAYS

  • RTI offers 7 Paid Holidays per year to all Full-Time staff.
  • RTI offers a Resonance Holiday to allow Full-Time employees to pick a day of their choosing to celebrate or remember a significant moment in their lives or culture.

    • BONUS OPPORTUNITIES

  • Employees are eligible for $50.00 to $100.00 shift-coverage bonuses.
  • Employees are eligible for a Referral Bonus up to $500.00 per referred employee.

    • DOUBLE TIME PAY

  • RTI pays employees 2X their regular pay rate for Holiday hours worked.

    • CLINICAL SUPERVISION

  • RTI provides Clinical Supervision; for those seeking clinical licensure.

    • CEU COURSES

  • RTI offers complimentary CEUs for licensed staff or staff seeking license.

    • BEREAVEMENT PAY

  • Up to 3 days of paid bereavement leave will be provided to eligible employees.
